Many of our customers are going through a difficult health journey, and information about hair loss, medical conditions, or treatment may come up in the course of working with us. We treat all health-related information with the highest level of care, discretion, and respect.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies.

Both Nikki Kate Harrison and Sandy Pascoe have access to customer information for the purposes of running the business. All information is handled confidentially by both parties.

When you send us a message through our contact form, the details you provide – your name, email address, phone number, and message – are used only to respond to your enquiry. Your message is delivered to us by email through Mailgun, an email delivery service (based overseas) that acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your information for any other purpose.
Our contact form is also protected by reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. To do this, Google collects information about your device and browser, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
